The realization of this Mission and Vision requires a process of continuous improvement. Within the framework of the demands of the principals, employees, the government, the social system and the shareholders, the approach will consist of an annual formulation of objectives for the areas of concern described below:

These objectives will be formulated annually based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The KPIs will be annually evaluated by the Management Team and adjusted when necessary.
These objectives will be included in an annual plan, with the following points for each objective:
The actions necessary to realize the objective;
The person responsible for the implementation of this action;
The time when these actions should take;
The way in which the effectiveness of the actions is managed
In the year plan is also indicated which resources are required / available by the organization to realize the formulated objectives. If necessary, it is indicated how the required resources can be made available.
In respect to the working conditions and the environmental affairs, a plan will be formulated annually containing objectives, action points and measurement parameters for safe guarding the realization of the plan. The result of both these plans will be processes in an annual report
